Fitness Club


       针对12-16岁青少年展开力量、速度、耐力、平衡性、协调性、心理素质等方面的练习,采用大家日常接触比较多的健身房中的部分器械,消除不良天气对运动的影响。很好的矫正学生们日常学习生活中因为不良习惯造成的斜肩、走路姿势不规范、坐姿不端正、左右手力量不平衡、斜方肌与肩甲带肌力量不足导致的颈椎问题,竖脊肌力量不足导致的腰椎问题,营养不均衡造成的发育迟缓、肥胖、瘦弱等多种生理问题以及由此引发的心理问题,让同学们从健身运动中找到快乐,增强自信。

Strength, speed, endurance, balance, coordination, and character building trainings for teenagers aged 12-16. Will use gym equipments to avoid bad weather conditions. Fitness club helps student correct bad habits like slanted shoulders, terrible posture, stronger right arm; will help alleviate problems connected to cervical vertebra, lumbar vertebra, and nutrition imbalance: slow body development, obesity, malniutrition, and the psychological problems that follows. Club will help students find happiness in sports and booast confidence.

教练简介:毕业于吉林体育学院,具备10年的汇佳教学经验,现担任汇佳大学健身系教师,具备十分丰富的健身、健体知识,对于中学年龄段的学生运动中的不足十分了解,可以很好的帮助学生们锻炼身体,养成良好的行为习惯,增强生活学习中的自信心。

Coach information: Graduated from Jilin Sports Academy, and has taught at Huijia for more than 10 years. Fitness coach at Huijia University, and is experienced in fitness advice, knowledge. Knows the common mistakes students make when training, and is able to help student become healthier, have good habits, and become more confident.
